1 C. Butter, room temp
1 ¼. C sugar
1 egg
1 ½. Tsp vanilla
3 C lour
1 ½. Tsp baking powder
¼. Tsp salt


¼. C sugar
1 ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla mix until combined
In separate bowl mix dry ingredients-3 c flour, 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt
Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture, mixing well between each addition
The dough should not be sticky. If mixture is sticky mix in 1 T of flour at a time if to crumbly mix in 1 T of water at a time until mixture holds together.
Mix sugar and cinnamon togrther . Measure 1/4 cup dough and roll into a ball. Roll in to sugar mixture
Place on cookie sheet lined with Silat ot parchment paper.

Bake. 350. For 12-15 minutes. Until center is just set.

Cool on pan for 2 min. Then move to wire rack
