"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Nilla Vanilla wafer cookies
1 package chocolate covered mint patties (approximately 1" diameter & ¼" thick-need 12)
3 tubes colored frosting...1 yellow/1 red/1 green
about ¼ c. coconut
1 tiny drop green food coloring
About 1 tsp. sesame seeds (optional)
About 1 tsp. agave or karo syrup (use with seeds)

Directions:
Directions:
To make a dozen "cheeseburgers", lay out 12 cookies on one plate and 12 on another.
On the first dozen, squeeze a little squirt of red frosting (aka ketchup) and a little squirt of yellow frosting (aka cheese).
On the second dozen squeeze a little squirt of green frosting (aka lettuce).

In a ziplock bag, put coconut and drop of green food coloring. Shake it up until the coconut is green. Sprinkle some of this (aka pickles) on the green frosting side of the cookie.

Stick one mint patty (hamburger) on the red/yellow frosting cookie, then combine the two sides into one cookie. It should look like a "cheeseburger".

If desired, for a sesame seed bun, using agave or something similar that is sticky to paint a very thin spot on the top of the "cheeseburger roll" with a toothpick and sprinkle a few sesame seeds on the spot.

These are adorable for any kind of gathering, but especially good for a children's party.
