4 cups cut up apples
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix apples and sugar and let stand for approximately 10 minutes. Stir dry ingredients in another bowl, mix well. Blend butter and eggs into apple mixture, add dry mixture and stir until blended. Pour into 12 x 8 pan, put into oven at 350F and bake for approximately 60 minutes.
