3 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
3 large Johnathan apples
½ c. sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour and butter same as for pie dough.
2. Moisten with the cream.
3. Place dough in the refrigerator to chill.
4. Roll out on a floured board to pie crust thickness.
5. Cut into 3-4 inch squares.
6. Fill with finely chopped apples.
7. Pinch to seal the corners.
8. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
9. While hot, roll cookies in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
