1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugars in bowl until blended. Add egg and vanilla, beat until light and fluffy. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir into butter mixture slowly until well blended. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 375º for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned around edge. Cool on wire rack.
