BARBECUE

1 lb. hamburger
3/4 C. catsup
2 T. water ( more if needed )
1/2 T. vinegar
1/2 T. brown sugar
1/4 C. onion ( chopped )
optional 1/2 C. celery ( chopped )
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
Pepper ( to taste )

Brown hamburger and drain off fat. Cook catsup, water, onion, celery, and seasonings until soft, then mix with browned hamburger. Simmer 1 hour. ( or put in crock pot ). Serve on buns.

This is one of my favorites that my Grandma Jurgensen always made for us grandkids when we went to visit her. It's now a family favorite for my own kids.
