Cheese Squash Casserole Recipe

1 lb. yellow squash peeled and cut into chunks
1 lg. onion chopped
1 egg beaten
1/4 c. evap. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
2 T. butter softened
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. paprika

Cook squash and onion, drain.
Beat egg, blend in milk.
Add cheese and spices, mix well, with squash and onion.
Pour into greased 2 qt. casserole dish.
Top with cracker crumbs and paprika.
Bake 25 min. or until crumbs are brown.
