Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken breasts - 4 -5 pieces cut into bite-size pieces
Onion - cut into rings
Mushrooms - 1 cup - cut into bite-size pieces
Mushroom soup - 1 tin
White wine - 1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Onion Soup Mix - 1 pack

End of cooking:
Romano cheese - 1/2 cup grated (Could use Parmigiana if you can't find Romano)
Noodles (Fettuccine are good!)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350
Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces (I use scissors to cut. Make sure chicken juice is cleaned up thoroughly as that is where salmonella comes from! Wash hands really well with soap after handling chicken)
Lightly brown the pieces in a frying pan (Med-low to Medium heat) - DO NOT cook fully as you will cook it through later
Remove chicken and put into a baking dish (glass / metal pan that is maybe 3" deep)
Add all other ingredients (except Romano) to dish and mix it all together
Cover tightly with tin foil. SLASH the top of the tinfoil really fast with a sharp knife in 3-4 spots to let steam escape
Bake for 45 minutes then remove tinfoil and bake for another 10 uncovered
Mix Romano cheese into the mixture

Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture and serve!
