1 box cake mix
1 large egg
2 C Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C powdered sugar
chocolate chips, nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/2 of cake mix into a bow. Gently mix egg, cool whip and vanilla.
Fold in the last 1/2 of cake mix.
Mix in any extras (nuts, chips...)
Chill at least one hour or overnight

On parchment lined baking sheet
roll cookie dough by spoonful into powdered shurgar and form into ball, and coat with sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350º
