Scrub sweet potatoes, but do not peel.
Place potatoes in 3 qt. saucepan.
Add enough water just to cover.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 20 to 25 min.or til tender.
drain, cool slightly.
Slip off skins.
Cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
Heat remaining ingred. in 10 inch skillet over med. heat.(leave out marshmallows), stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly. Add potatoes. Stir gently until glazed and hot.
Put marshmallows on top and cover over low heat til marshmallows start to melt. Remove from heat. Set aside with cover on til ready to serve.
