12 ozs. butterscotch chips
2 cups peanut butter (chunky or smooth)

2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix chips and peanut butter together and melt in saucepan. Pour a little less than 1/2 the mixture into a chilled jellyroll pan. Add peanuts to the remaining mixture and set aside. In another saucepan, mix together the evaporated milk, pudding mix and butter; bring to boiling and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar and vanilla; blend well. Carefully pour this mixture over the first layer in the jellyroll pan. Chill 10 minutes. Spread the remaining chocolate mixture over the top. Chill well. Cut into small squares (I used a pizza cutter.)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe comes from Mary Beth Roe's (a QVC host) "My
Family's Favorites" cookbook. It is really good, and very rich if
I recall correctly. It was a big hit with my friends and co-
workers last I did make it.

Tip: Use non-stick saucepans if possible for easier pouring and
clean-up.
