1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp almond extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Additional sugar
40 milk chocolate Hershey kisses

Glaze:
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tbsp milk
4 tsp raspberry jam
1/4 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugars
2. Beat in egg and almond extract
3. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda, and salt
4. Gradually add flour mixture to the creamed mixture
5. Roll dough into 1 inch balls, roll in additional sugar, and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet
6. Bake at 325ºF for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
7. Immediately place a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie
8. Combine the glaze ingredients and drizzle over cookies
