36 - 30 Roma tomatoes
12 onions
1 red pepper
1 cup chopped celery
¾ cup sugar
3 cups white vinegar
¼ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blanche and core tomatoes.
2. Finely chop tomatoes, onions and pepper.
3. Place all ingredients in a stock pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat until desired thickness reached.
4. Put into sterile jars with canning lids. Place in a hot water bath. Bring to a boil and boil at least 20 minutes.
