2 Green Bell Peppers Diced
1 Sweet Onion Diced
3 Pieces of Celery Stalk Diced
2 -3 lbs. of Ground Beef
1 box of Ronzoni Long Spaghetti # 9
2ea. 28 oz. Cans of Hunts Peeled Plum Tomatoes
1 ea. 28 oz. can of Hunts Crushed Tomatoes
2 sugar packets
1/4 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large quart stock pot melt butter add onions celery and peppers sauté until peppers are soft.
remove from pot into a bowl.
add ground beef to pot and brown. Return onions celery and peppers to pot.
In separate pot cook spaghetti till soft (follow directions on the box)
drain pasta and add to ground beef mixture.
Stir to combine.
add all 3 cans of tomatoes, Sprinkle Sugar packets on top of tomatoes and mix well.

bring tomato juices to a quick boil, turn heat off and serve.
