3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cups butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup raisins

Combine dry ingredients. Rub in butter until fine. Combine eggs and milk and add to mixture. Add raisins and mix well. Place 1 Tbsp. of mixture into each cupcake hole in pan. Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
