Personal
Notes: According to my Grandma Louise, this recipe was given to my great-grandparents, Ben and Mildred McCarty at a dinner party hosted by and italian coworker in the 1940's. Although my great-grandma made this recipe, it was their daughter, Louise, who immortalized it. Grandma Louise made meatballs for most pf the family functions of my childhood.
