3 ¼ c flour
1 tsp soda
½ tsp salt
½ c soft butter
1 tsp almond extract
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
½ c real sour cream
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Combine in large bowl: butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Add sour cream, then flour mixture gradually while beating on #3 speed about 2 minutes. Scrape bowl. Refrigerate for easier rolling. ROll our 1/4" thick and cut with cookie cutters. Bake 400 degrees for 4 minutes.
