8 c. finely sliced or shredded cabbage 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. olive oil 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 12 oz. hearty egg noodles, cooked and drained
In large pot or skillet, cook cabbage in butter and oil until tender. (About 15 minutes) Meanwhile, cook and drain noodles. Add cooked noodles, salt and pepper into the cabbage. Heat for an additional few minutes. Serve immediately.
