2 sticks butter (1cup)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 well beaten eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 & 1/2 cups All Purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups quick oatmeal
1 cup roasted chopped pecans
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars Add beaten eggs and vanilla beat until smooth Add flour salt and soda mix for short time until blended Stir in oatmeal pecans and raisins Drop on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper Bake on 350° for 10-12 minutes
Less pecans and raisins can be added but why I say the more the better
