Flank steak

For Marinade:
1/4 c. oil
3 T. soy sauce
1 T. coffee granules
1/4 t. black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
dash of hot pepper sauce
1 T. dry red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut slices in meat on both sides, cutting across grain (don't slice through meat). Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate for 3 hours or more, turning frequently. Cook on hot grill 4 to 5 minutes on one side. Turn and baste with marinade. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on second side or until done.
