8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1/2 lb. lean corned beef, chopped fine
2 tsp. onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
1 c. grated swiss cheese
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. Combine cream cheese and sour cream. Blend well. Add sauerkraut, corned beef, ketchup, mustard and cheese. Mix well.
Transfer to a casserole dish and bake covered for 30 minutes or until bubbles on edges form. Remove cover, bake 5 to 10 more minutes until golden. Serve warm with crackers.
