2 cups butter
2 cups + 3 Tbs. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
4 ½ cups flour
1 pkg mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and 2 cups of powdered sugar. Beat in vanilla and salt. Add flour. Mix in chocolate chips. Shape into one inch balls, place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Flatten with fork into 1½ rounds. Bake 15 minutes at 350º. Removing from oven and sprinkle with remaining 3 Tbls. powdered sugar while still warm.
