2 c. Flour
1 t. Soda
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Baking Powder
1 1/4 c. Shortening
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Sugar
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 t. Vanilla
2 c. Coconut
2 c. Cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350.

Cream shortening and sugars, add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth and creamy.
Add dry ingredients, mix until blended then add cocmut and cornflakes. I sometime add
chocolate chips or some other kind of chips.
