5 cups fresh or frozen blackberries, mixed berries or even peaches
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter

Whipping Cream or Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix fruit with 1/2 cup sugar and set aside.

Mix 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk.

Stir until smooth, melt butter in a baking dish in the oven.

Spoon fruit over melted butter. Pour batter on top.

Bake 350º over for 40 to 45 minutes.

Enjoy while it's warm.
