1 c shortening
1½ c sugar
3 eggs
1 9-oz pkg. condensed mincemeat
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º. Cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs, heat until smooth. Combine dry ingredients, gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Crumble and stir in mincemeat, drop by rounded teaspoon 2” apart on lightly greased sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
