1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and peanut butter together. Mix in sugars, and beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in dry ingredients until just blended.

Roll into balls, and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, and flatten with a fork.

Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes.
