2 c. Margarine
2 c. Crisco
2 jars of peanut butter
2 c white sugar
4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 T Vanilla
8 eggs
12 c. Flour
6 tsp baking powder
6 tsp soda
6 tsp salt
1 bag of peanut butter chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, crisco, white sugar, and brown sugar together until fluffy and smooth. Mix in vanilla, eggs. Mix in peanut butter. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl and mix until combined. Gently mix in peanut chips. Preheat oven to 375. While oven is preheating, use your hands to form cookie dough into 1 inch balls and add to a cookie tray. Using a fork press balls down, leaving the cookies about 1/2 inch thick. Dust cookies with additional sugar and bake for 8-10 minutes, just until the cookie bottoms are barely browned.
