1 lb. sausage
1 cup diced potatoes (I use the one with peppers and onions in them), thaw out before mixing
1 can cream of celery soup
⅔ cup milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup Velveeta cheese
Croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Mix everything together and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle croutons and grated cheese on top.
Bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees.
