6 cups sifted flour
4 level Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil (not olive oil)
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. lemon
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Make a well in pan, break eggs in well, add flavorings and milk. Beat together. Add oil. Mix all together. Knead until smooth. Batter will be rather soft. Flour hands and form mixture into balls. Cook in oven at 400ºF for about 8 minutes, until cookie begins to discolor or slightly tan.

Frosting:
3/4 lb confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. milk
1/4 lb melted butter

Blend all. Frost while sugar is warm.
