1 c brown sugar 1 c white sugar
1 c shortening 2eggs
1 1/4 c crushed pineapple 1/2 c pineapple juice
4 c flour 1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda

Directions:

Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla, flour and juice.Sift soda, salt, and flour last. Add pineapple. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 min.
