1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
4 teaspoons milk
4 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt


Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, almond extract, and milk.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
I like to chill mine for a couple of hours. Roll and cut with cookie cutters.
Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
Frost with powdered sugar frosting flavored with almond extract.
