Ingredients:  
1/2 small onion, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 tsp Italian seasoning
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup half and half
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Mozarella cheese
2 cups shrimp
8 oz Angel Hair Pasta
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta, drain and set aside. In saucepan add olive oil and butter to medium heat. Saute onions and garlic until translucent. Add shrimp and seasonings. Stir until shrimp are pink. Add pasta and stir well. Pour on half and half and cheeses to the shrimp pasta to make a sauce. Take off the heat and serve.

Variations: For more variety, add broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and green peas to the pasta. The dish can also be spicier by adding cayenne or red peppers.
