6 eggs, beaten
2 ½ cups sugar
¾ cup self rising flour
3 cups milk
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
¾ stick of butter, melted
2 ¾ cups shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 2 empty pie pans. Combine beaten eggs, add sugar, and flour. Next, add milk, vanilla, butter and shredded coconut. Stir everything well. Divide between the 2 pans and bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
