1 lb Tri-colored pasta
1 15 oz can Artichock Hearts (Coursely chopped)
1 sm. can sliced black olives ( drained)
1 sm. can sliced green olives with 4 tbs of brine ( if you can't find sliced then use approximately 1/4 cup)
1/2 sm. red/purple onion chopped finely
1/2 C. cherry/grape tomatoes cut in half or quarters
1/4 tbs fresh minced garlic
1/2 C. sliced banana peppers
1 Bottle of your favorite Greek or Italian salad dressing ( or make your own)
Salt and pepper to taste

1.Cook pasta as directed, drain, then allow to cool.
2. Prepare all other ingredients.
3. Combine everything in a large mixing bowl.
4. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours

TIP: Serve as a main dish by serving on a bed of romaine or fresh baby spinach with grilled chicken strips or as a side

Grammy would make this in the summer when it was really too hot to want to cook but she wanted to give your dad and I something filling. Sad part is, your dad didn't care for it much cause he doesn't like olives. But olives are THE BOMB!!!!!!
