1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup walnuts (optional) of course I leave nuts out haha

Directions:
Directions:
cream shortening and sugar
add eggs and beat well
sift dry ingredients
add to creamed mixture alternating with banana
stir in nuts
pour into well greased loaf pan or 3 minis


bake for 40-45 mins at 350º
