1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1½ cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
Blend and cream sugar, butter, and eggs. Add vanilla, soda, salt, flour and oatmeal. Mix well. Divide into two portions, place on plastic wrap and roll into two logs. Refrigerate or freeze until you want to bake the cookies. Cut dough into 1/4 inch slices, place on baking sheet and bake at 350º until golden brown.
