1 brisket
1/2 tsp.garlic salt
1/2 tsp.onion salt
salt & pepper to taste
2 T.worchestershire sauce
1 tsp.greek seasoning
2 drops liquid smoke

Mix all dry spices together and rub on meat on both sides.
Rub with worchestershire sauce.and liquid smoke.
Set aside.
Prepare foil large enough to completely cover and seal meat. Wrap meat and place in lg. roaster pan.
(better to double wrap)
Put in 250 degree oven at midnite and let cook all nite.
About 8 am check to see if tender.
When done open and pour off au ju.Set aside and save.in fridge.

ALT: Pour your choice of barbeque sauce over brisket and return covered to oven. for about 1 hr.
Open and bake 30 min. to brown.
