2 c sweet butter
3/4 c confectioner sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp brandy
4 1/2 c flour, sifted
Directions:

Mix butter, sugar, egg yolk, and brandy
Gradually add flour
Make 1 1/2 in balls
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs lightly over the top
Chill for about an hour
