1 c. Fat Free cottage cheese
1 (4.5 oz can) chopped green chilies
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. shredded reduced fat Jack Cheese
6 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg white, lightly beaten

Preheat oven 350º. Spray 8 in square pan with non-sticking spray. Combine all ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Scrape mixture into pan. Bake until top is golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cut into 16 squares and serve at once. Or cool and serve at room temperature.

This is one of Cody's favorites. He does not even know that this can be used on the Weight Watchers Plan. 1 serving equals 2 points. Tammy's salsa would compliment this dish well.
