1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 cup grated peeled raw apple
3 eggs
2 tsp dry instant coffee
3 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Sift together next four ingredients. Add in creamed mixture, alternately with so cream and apple, blend well. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon half the batter into greased 9 inch tube pan. Sprinkle 2/3 of the nut mixture over batter. Cover with remaining batter, top with nut mixture. Bake in a 375 degree oven 50 minutes or until done. Cool and remove from pan.
