2 c. water
1 t. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco

1 package yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 eggs
flour

Directions:
Directions:
At 2:00 p.m.:
Mix first 3 ingredients in sauce pan.
Boil for five minutes, until sugar is dissolved.
Add Crisco and cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. warm water.
Add to first cooled mixture.
Beat in 2 eggs.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
Knead about 10 minutes.
Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rest.
At 6:00 p.m.
Knead down. Cover and let rest.
At 9:00 p.m.
Make into 50 rolls and place on greased cookie sheet. (apart, so they won't touch when raised)
Cover and let rest.
Bake in the morning at 375º about 8 - 10 minutes.
