1 2 pound pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
½ cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
½ cup onion, chopped
¼ teas pepper
1 teas salt
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Kelloggs corn flakes crumbs
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thawed potatoes with ½ cup melted butter. Add onion, salt, pepper, chicken soup, sour cream and shredded cheese and mix well. Put in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Mix corn flake crumbs with ¼ cup melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered.
