3 pkgs. 8oz cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 T sugar
1 stick butter melted
1 pint sour cream
6T sugar
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and eggs 1 at a time. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Mix graham crackers and sugar and add melted butter. In a 13x9 pan, press graham crackers
on the bottom of pan. Pour filling onto crust and bake in a preheated 350 oven for 35-40 minutes.
Mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of baked cheesecake and bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
