Preheat oven to 350º

1/2 C butter
1/2 C crisco
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
2 lg eggs
2 t vanilla
2 1/4 C flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t cream of tarter
1/3 C sugar
1 t cinnamon

Line 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper leaving some overhang
Place butter in microwave safe bowl, micro for 1 min in 20 sec intervals til melted, add crisco both sugars, eggs and vanilla. Beat with hand mixer til combined. Add flour, baking powder, cream of tarter and salt. Continue to mix until well mixed.
Using rubber spatcula transfer batter to prepared pan and spread evenly. Mix together sugar and cinnamon sprinkle over top.
Bake 30 mins, until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven, let cool compleatly befor removing from parchment paper. Cut into bars. Enjoy
