Large Batch

8 eggs, beaten
5-8 c. flour
7-8 t. baking powder
1 5/8 stick oleo, melted
1 ½ c. sugar
Orange grating (or flavoring)
Salt – little
Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add melted oleo and sugar. Mix well. In large bowl add 5 c.
flour, salt, and baking powder and orange flavoring and vanilla. Make hole in center of
flour and add egg mix. Mix with hands, adding more flour as you go (2 – 3 cups).
Roll into shapes. Bake 350 degrees, around 10 minutes.

Powdered sugar
Water or milk
Lemon or vanilla extract
1 T. melted margarine (optional)

Mix to thin consistency. Spread on cookies. Top with sprinkles.
