1-½ c sugar
2 c flour
½ tsp salt *
1 tsp baking soda *
2 eggs
1 20-oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 c brown sugar
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sugar, flour, salt, soda, eggs, and pineapple together and pour into a 9 x 13in pan. Sprinkle top with 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup chopped pecans. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.

1 c evaporated milk
½ c sugar
1 stick margarine or butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk, sugar, margarine, and vanilla until mixture comes to a rolling boil. After the cake has baked and right out of the oven, pour the cooked milk mixture over the entire cake.
