1 1/2 cups domino sugar blend
4 eggs, room temperature
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup fat free evaporated milk
1 cup pure pumpkin

2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup domino sugar blend

Cheesecake: beat cream cheese and sugar blend until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed. Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Pour mixture over crust.
