Preheat oven to 425º
3 C flour
1 t salt
1 T baking powder
1 T sugar
6 T butter or butter crisco
1 c milk
1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1 mix together dry ingrendents
2. cut in butter with pastry cutter
3. mix in milk and egg until it forms a soft ball.
4. roll out dough to 3/4 inches
5. cut with glass, place on ungreased cookie sheet bottom side up
6. brush with milk to enhance with browning
7. bake 15 to 20 mins.
