1 lb Margerine
2 c Brown Sugar
2 c White Sugar
4 c Flour
4 c Oats (Quick)
¾ tsp Salt
1 tsp Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
5 eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 c Coconut (sweetened)
2 c Chocolate Chips
2 c Raisins (optional)

Pre-Heat oven to º350
Grease cookie sheets.

In a large mixing bowl cream margarine, brown sugar and white sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.

In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, soda and baking powder.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and blend well. Add Oats, Coconut and chocolate chips and raisins and mix well.

Drop by large tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet keeping about an inch apart.

Bake at º350 for about 10 minutes or until bottoms are light brown.

This is a very large recipe, so you can half the recipe. Also Raisins are always optional... I love them, but not everyone does.
