8 slices Pepperidge Farm Sandwich Bread, cut into small cubes
4 eggs
2 cup milk
3 cups sharp cheddar grated cheese
1 pkg precooked sausage links, sliced thin
1 can mushroom soup
Directions:
Directions:
Layer cubed bread in bottom of large glass baking dish. Layer sausage slices evenly over bread cubes. Mix eggs, 1½ cups milk and cheese together and pour evenly over bread cubes and sausage slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, mix ½ cup of milk with 1 can of mushroom soup. Pour over eggs, bread cubes, cheese and sausage. Bake uncovered at 350º for1 hour, or until the middle of the casserole is firm.
